Serving the villages of Centerville, Osterville and Cotuit since 1991
The offices of Unique Real Estate are located in a very special building on Main Street in Centerville, one that is rich in Cape Cod tradition. Dating back to the early 1800's, the building first served as a store. It was built by Freeman Marchant, and later became the Centerville Trading Company. It is situated by a fork in the road, in the center of which sits the Civil War Monument and park. In its early years, the building also served as the Post Office, at which time the village name changed from Chequaquet to Centerville.
The historic charm of Centerville has been preserved through many buildings such as ours, including the 1856 Country Store, the Old Centerville Schoolhouse and many beautiful 19th century estates.
Here at Unique Real Estate we understand what makes the lovely villages of Barnstable such Special Places to live. And we know the villages...inside-out. Our staff of native Cape Codders - born in these villages and with family history going back more than 100 years.
